THIS PRODUCT IS SHIPPED ON A PALLET
The skid is large and cannot be shipped through FedEx or UPS.
All pallet shipments require the consignee’s signature upon delivery.
Please be aware that they will not deliver it inside apartments or condos.
Failure to be present for the first delivery will require a redelivery which is $55 extra. The shipment can only be stored at the carrier’s warehouse for only a few days after it arrives. If you do not pick it up on time, the carrier will start charging storage costs per day.
We cannot do any change of address after the item has been shipped out.
